We will never sell or rent your information or send you any junk. We find it very annoying ourselves and are to busy to waste our time sending out stupid emails that no one reads anyway. If we send you something by email it will be only be for a special the site is having, or an update.

We take no responsibility in what our advertisers display. However if an advertiser's website is found to link to something we deem innapropriate, such as: porn, illegal websites,  and other junk that causes the visitor a problem, the website will be removed from theotherside1 10 Cent Pixel Blocks and the Ad Space will be available for sale again.
Our goal is to keep theotherside1 10 Cent Pixel Blocks online and running for as long as possible. We ask that no one submits an ad that they know we will reject.

Paid Advertisers - You are allowed to sell your blocks at a later date for any price you wish, whether you rent your space out or sell it in an auction, its your blocks you can do what you want with them. If you require the details of your advertisement changed there will be a $5.00 fee.

Please note: we cannot be held responsible for things beyond our control, such as but not limited to , downtime, attacks, that interfere with the dislay of your ad in any way. This service is provided for you to use at your own risk. Once advertising space is purchased, there are no refunds, all sales are final.
